About Us
Belton Construction Services (BCS), founded in 2015 by Managing Director Conor Belton, is built on a foundation of extensive expertise in civil engineering. Conor’s experience with Tier One contractors like SISK, Graham Civils, Lagan, and SACYR enables us to deliver high-quality work and meet demanding program schedules. While Conor leads the company, he remains actively involved on-site, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and to plan.
In 2024, Ryan Dickson, a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience at top-tier firms, joined as Contracts Manager. Together, Conor and Ryan bring over 30 years of combined experience, ensuring excellence in every project.
At BCS, we specialize in Building, civil engineering services, and also take on Main Contracting roles. Our capabilities include roads and infrastructure, demolition, nuclear projects, rail, drainage, basements, de-watering, utilities, and wastewater treatment works. We focus on making life easier for main contractors by delivering work packages that manage risk effectively. Our expertise in commercial matters ensures changes and events are handled promptly and precisely, aligning with our goal of seamless client service.
Our operations are bolstered by a modern fleet of plant and equipment, with most being under three years old, reducing breakdown risks. Our fleet includes excavators ranging from 2.5T to 36T, allowing us to handle projects efficiently. We are also committed to sustainability, utilizing our mobile crusher to minimize our carbon footprint.
Through our sister company, BARCON Construction, we also offer vertical and horizontal logistic solutions, further expanding the range of services we provide to meet client needs.
